Importance of eating habits

Hi everyone, i hope people are working on basic tips. Now lets be a bit harsh on us. If i say bit harsh, i mean to say bit disciplined. Make sure in order to cut down belly fat you have to improve your eating habbits. Only workouts would not help out. As many fitness guru says that excesises and gym is just 10-20 percent. 80 percent depends on your eating habbits. I had close conversation with Tony Tantra, fitness guru who take cares of upcoming cricketers of Delhi along with Ajay Sharma, they also suggested eating right things at right time would keep you fit. If you want to cut down fat, most important is to consume lot of water. And if possible have warm water. That would be more productive. Thanks everyone will meet soon.
