Lets first talk ,what exactly you want to do.One should be very clear weather you want to loose extra fat or want to loose weight.People do join Gym ,have costly medicines and other supplements to loose weight.But they are not aware that they don't want to loose weight they are basically looking forward to cut extra fat from body.
As if you concentrate on loosing weight ,you will turn up loosing body mass that will result in weakness.Further you will have lots of internal diseases.
So over here we will not suggest you any diet or any supplement.Its simple and crisp some basic exercises and avoiding fatty foods and some home made remedies.

- Early morning try avoiding tea empty stomach or replace your normal tea with green tea with ginger.
- As soon as you wake up ,please make sure you have a warm lemon water or lukewarm water empty stomach.
