Nowadays with the growing lifestyle, fitness has become a necessity for every human being; fitness and fat loss are entirely different from each other. To remain fit, it isn’t necessarily important that only a thin or maintained person can be defined as fit, but it basically depends on the entire internal health, and the immune system of the person, irrespective of what physical physique a person is .Some studies and research
done by the dieticians show that in some cases at times , a lean fragile person is more  strong rather than a body builder because the immune system is well maintained , So basically ‘fitness’ is not just related to good looking body but to the immune system and well as bodies certain resistance to diseases .To remain fit it is important for a body to workout everyday so that those extra calories which we absent mindedly consume, does get converted into what we call ‘fat or obesity .

The body needs to shred those extra calories, in order to stay fit or else the increasing of those extra calories, leads to obesity. Now with obesity comes different types of diseases , frequent heart diseases , body pain , knee caps getting dissolved due to excessive pressure on them due to increases weight, shortness of breath while walking, losing of confidence in the social network etc.
Obesity is usually caused more frequently in teenagers as the intake of junk food in them is frequent which gradually leads to lethargic activities, hypothoirism, etc

Obesity in adults results in cardiovascular problems mainly problems related to heart. Obesity can be treated by regular workouts and proper intake of diet. And the diet should actually include more of green leafy vegetable, fruits and proteins and less of carbohydrates related foods eg: sweets, tetra pack juices, chips and oily fried food .
One of the most recommended thing for weight loss and the secret to stay fit and fine is to consume the intake of ‘Water’
Water is considered as the best remedy for weight loss the more intake of water,
The more it increases metabolism which is considered important for the burning of calories , water along with fat loss helps in keeping a body physically fresh throughout the day it even enhances the skin properties , leaving the skin as fresh as a new born Childs .
Some of the common exercises that every individual should perform only daily bases irrespective of the busy schedule in order to remain active and fit are as follows ,

1.brisk walking - It is a fast 40 mins fast walking usually recommended in morning before breakfast or after half an hour of dinner .




This walk helps in rejuvenating the body, and helping discard unnecessary fats and calories.

2. Mat exercises : The mat exercises proves vital and beneficial for those who have busy schedule , basic mat exercises like pushups, leg cycling , squats etc can help you keep yourself in shape and fit .
3. Aerobics: Getting fit with fun? Yes dancing on fast music also helps in burning calories, and is quite a nice exercise.

So to conclude is that , A persons fitness basically depends on his will power to remain fit , it is said ‘ what you give power to your mind has power in your life , so anyone can just suggest but the real determination lies within a person itself. You change what you allow to change and if you are not changing that means you are not choosing it.
