To stay fit, drinking water on regular intervals is most important. One should keep hydrated in summers specially. Make sure we are not drinking extremely chilled water. If one has habbit of drinking Luke warm water then should continue. Or else try to consume water which is at normal temperate. One other important drink one should have is coconut water.
