As in India summers has started ,so now we need to take special care of our body and need to put more efforts to get fit.
First and foremost is consumption of water.Make sure we increase the intake of water.Consume as much water s you can but if you are in process of cutting fat #avoid cold water.
Consume the normal temperature water and if one can manage try tot take some warm water as well.And please avoid excessive eating ,specially junk and oily.These food will not only harm you but can also ca
use dehydration and other problems as well.
Make sure we have a proper begin to a day.Starting the day with long brisk walk or bit of jogging would help .Apart from that take some time for outdoor sports.Again would like to remind please try to avoid soft drinks that are available in the market.If you take so much pain by waking up early morning and doing exercise and avoiding junk food,but intake of soft drink will equalize the efforts made by you and we will be again on scratch.
While you cannot target belly fat in particular by drinking water, you can use water to help you lose weight overall. Drinking enough water on a daily basis can help you shed permanent pounds, but there are no quick shortcuts to weight loss. A water fast might help you lose a few pounds in the short term, but be aware that the weight will come back as soon as you break your fast.
