Simple exercises to loose belly fat

Hi Every one,
Hoping that the tips shared by me are going good for you.Today i am going to tell me few exercises and few tips that one can perform at home in a room itself.I will only tell you those things which are practically possible and also you don t have to spend money at costly gyms and supplements.
      A very simple and easy step is ,walking and if i say walking doesn't mean that it should be a slow walk.In other words brisk walk and if you can do jogging that will be more beneficial. Start will 1 km and gradually increase your stamina and then increase the distance as well.And if that is also not possible make sure early morning  your try steps on straits up and down that is also good and will surely help a lot.There are few easy exercises which i  am sharing in the pic below .

One can see and try few exercises .The best to get your stamina boosted up will be ,have a black coffee without sugar 30 minutes before you are about for exercise or for running.
