Hi Everyone, a very happy new year to all across the globe. As in our part of world(India) winters have begun. And i believe this is best time to shed extra pound flesh from our body. So in new year lets make a pledge that at least for next 4-5 months we will work hard on our health and fitness. Which will ensure us to be young and fit. So to begin with again in New Year, i would request my readers and followers to drink lots and lots of water. And on top of that if possible make it habit of having luke warm water.
Get a thermos flask and get some water warm and keep in that flask and every one hour weather you are thirsty or not have a sip of water. People would be curious what will water do.? Water directly doesn't shed the flesh from body. But it improves our metabolism. And water also releases toxins from body. This was a bit of info that i am sharing today.In next blog i will come across fruits that are helpful in loosing body fats.
