As discussed earlier i am back ,with few new tips for all of us across the globe.And would like to remind that we are not any trained guys.Its just we are common people who are trying these basic remedies at home and some of them have already tried and have got results.
So we have few more tips for early morning .In last blog i told to have warm water and lemon water.
Now people who are addicted to tea.I know its very tough to skip tea all of sudden.But yes if you want to stay fit and cut down belly fats .We have to be bit harsh on our taste.So YES lets start using green tea without milk initially and instead of sugar use HONEY.We can also add ginger and lemon with green tea.
Friends i would like to tell people say that join gym and work out you will be fit and cut down fat.Yes that's true but gym and work out is just 10 percent ,90 percent depends on your eating habits and rest of your activities.
